MTBForge — Return & Refund Policy

🚵 Ride hard. We’ve got your back.
At MTBForge, we build gear for riders who push limits. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right immediately with either a full refund or a free replacement — no need to send the damaged item back. You’ll also receive a 20% discount code for your next ride with us.


1) Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • This policy applies to all customers worldwide.
  • Return Address: Please note that all returns—including both US orders and all international orders (including Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom)—must be shipped back to our central warehouse located in the United States.

2) Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

3) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products (custom names, made-to-order items, special editions)
    No refund, exchange, or size change
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

4) Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Send us clear photos of the issue along with your order number
  • Item must still have its tag attached and remain unused
  • You’ll receive either:
    • a full refund, or
    • a free replacement
  • Plus a 20% off code for your next order
  • No return required — keep the damaged item on us

5) Starting a Return

Email support@mtbforge.com with:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your order number (#MTB-XXXX)
  3. The item(s) you wish to return and the reason

Our support crew will reply within 24 hours with instructions.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


6) Return Shipping Costs

  • For wrong size, change of mind, or preference issues: customer pays return shipping
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: MTBForge covers the shipping cost

7) Exchanges

Fastest exchange process:

  1. Return your item (customer pays shipping)
  2. Place a new order
  3. Send us the tracking number once your return shows as delivered

After confirmation, we’ll refund the original item cost (shipping fees excluded).


8) Size Exchange (Non-Custom Products Only)

Need a different size?

  • Send the item back with a valid tracking number
  • Once received, we’ll remake and ship your replacement size

⚠️ Custom or personalized products are not eligible for size exchange.


9) Refunds

  • You’ll be notified once your return is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Banks/payment providers may take additional processing time
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@mtbforge.com

Partial refunds may apply for items returned worn, washed, damaged, or without original tags.


10) Packaging & Responsibility

Please package returned items securely. Customers are responsible for the package until it arrives at our facility. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
